                        HR AssistantDuty Station: AnkaraMAIN OBJECTIVES OF POSITIONAssists the HR/Admin Manager in the administrative management of the staff working in project in Turkey including project sites as and when required and assume other delegated tasks.FUNCTIONAL AND HIERARCHICAL LINESReports hierarchically and functionally to HR/Admin ManagerRESPONSABILITIES & TASKS Employment Contracts & follow upCompiles and updates individual employee files: curriculum vitae, motivation letters, employer certificates, diplomas, family composition, national identity card, driving licenses for drivers, contracts, amendments etc…Is responsible of the employees’ files (hard copies) Team managementSupervises the cleanersMakes timely performance evaluation of the supervised staff. TravelMakes bookings with local travel agency for international staff and national staff that need to travel for work purposes (international training, meetings, etc)Goes to travel agency to bring the payment and collect the tickets, and makes sure that every employee (national or international staff) receives their ticket on timeUpdate the air plan movement regularly and send the air plan movement table to HAM Communication and reportingMakes all administrative information available to the staff (posting, meeting,) Filing Ensures the correct filing of all the administrative documents and of employees filesEnsures the confidentiality of all the documents related to personal files.Update and compile all HR related filesMaintain generic filling list for the HR department and shared with the HR team OthersIs responsible for the administration store in the department and the follow up of needs (stationary, needs of cleaning products in houses and office etc).Ensure that monthly stocks are being checked prior to placing any supply request to Logistics department REQUIREMENTSBachelor degree in human resources, business or administration related studiesProfessional proficiency at English and Turkish/ArabicDesirable working experience of at least two years in administration or HR positions (similar positions, e.g. Administration Assistant etc)Desirable experience other NGOsEssential computer literacy (Word, Excel and Internet)Applications that include a detailed CV and a cover letter should be submitted in English with the subject title.Application deadline is 26th of December, 2016More InformationSectorCivil SocietyPositionHR Assistant
